The National Center for Victims of Crime’s 2026 National Training Institute (NTI) is a perfect opportunity to opportunity to enhance your marketing efforts and your organization’s visibility among professionals who work with victims of crime across the United States. Throughout the training, participants will visit the Exhibitor Hall for snack breaks – congregating, networking, and learning about the services, programs, and products of different organizations.

Exhibitor Criteria

Exhibit space is limited; applications will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all available space is filled, applications will be placed on a waiting list and exhibitors will be contacted should space become available.

Discount Pricing Available for Non-Profits

Please note that there is a discount available for non-profit organizations using the code NONPROFIT2026. Only non-profit organizations are eligible for this discount. If you register with this discount and your organization is not a registered non-profit, you will be required to pay the difference in pricing before the conference.

New This Year: Pick Your Own Booth!

We have some new options available for exhibitors at this year’s conference! Exhibitors will be given the option during registration to choose their booth location. Please note that some premium booth locations are only included in the “Featured Exhibitor” option. Additionally, specialized exhibitor tiers are available for companies that are specifically interested in exhibiting for the National Crime Victim Bar Association (NCVBA) Annual Conference.

  • Nonprofit rate: $1,250

Standard Exhibitor – $1,500

  • One draped table with seating for two, located near NCVBA Conference breakout room
  • Prominent exposure on the conference mobile app as an exhibitor
  • Two exhibit hall passes (no access to sessions)
  • Complimentary morning coffee, two lunches, and afternoon snacks with attendees


Featured Exhibitor – $2,250

  • Standard exhibitor benefits
  • Shoutout as a featured exhibitor in NCVBA Conference breakout room
  • Push notification on the conference app highlighting your organization


Additional table – $400
  • Available if you would like to use any number of additional exhibitor tables beyond the one table included in the standard exhibiting pacakge. Please note that an additional table does not include registration for any additional exhibitor attendees.
Whova push-notification – $200
  • Includes one (1) notification pushed to all conference attendees through the Whova app. Notification language can be written by the exhibiting organization.
