The National Center for Victims of Crime wishes to express our heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with the people of France.  Our thoughts are with all those impacted by yesterday's violence, especially the victims and their families. The City of Lights will continue to shine as it demonstrates its courage and humanity in the face of unfathomable horror.  We stand with Paris and the rest of the world in condemning these acts of terror.
