In an effort to assist victims of financial fraud, and specifically elder financial exploitation, many new legislative and regulatory changes are occurring within the financial services field. Our presenters will describe what these changes mean for victim advocates, and will discuss how they can help advocates assist victims of financial crime. The webinar will focus on the NASSA model legislation/regulation, the FINRA proposed rule (Regulatory Notice 15-37) and the Senior$afe Act.
